If someone is looking for one of those head turning horses for lower level stuff this may just be your guy after a little bit of rehab work.
Xrays show a chip in the right hind ankle and has recommended 60 days stall rest (30 already completed) or the other option being just to go ahead and remove it. If going this route please talk to your own vet about pricing as it's different everywhere.
He was a sweet horse on the track and is just as sweet off. Total amateur ride. Smart and safe! Very quiet to ride, lopey canter that would be great for a lesson horse. Super cute hunter type, could be a dressage guy.... Or would love to be a trail horse.
Currently slightly off behind—-X-rays show a chip right hind, vet thinks either 60 days stall rest or remove the chip. 30 days of stall rest has been completed.
Currently a little up as he’s been on stall rest but with normal turnout he is very quiet to handle and ridiculously quiet to ride. Currently barefoot for stall rest but would prefer at least front shoes to be ridden.
Do not have xray at this time.
