Yes, he is free to good home BUT that doesn't mean he is a free horse. Ron has sustained a very large chip in the knee that needs removed (removal costs vary by area and you'll need to get pricing in your area from your own vets/surgeons)
This horse is stunning. He has personality galore and so much presence. He is a TANK, just so solid he is as round as he is tall. Not for a beginner, he is a more feel good type but easily managed by someone with education. He will come down with turnout a ton BUT will be required 90 days stall rest after chip removal.
