Marnie retired from racing in 2018 and came back home to KY to live with her Breeder. She's been turned out on 90 acres with a herd of broodmares with the intention of making her part of her breeding program but she became more of a pet instead... Life happened and she has decided to thin her herd out (with her came a few other fantastic mares j listed recently Glam and Archer)
It's very obvious these mares have had the best of care and handling. They are just perfect to handle, groom, and be around. They all tacked up and went under saddle with YEARS off like they never skipped a beat as well.
This is a big bodied mare, easily can take up the same leg as most 17hh horses and can compete in a ring of WBs and you'll think she's one of them. Lovely ride, quiet disposition, and very willing. Soft mouth, smooth gaits, and great response to your seat and leg.
She's a horse you could throw your kids on for a little hack, or your family member that came into town and just "wants to ride a horse" in between your own training rides... she can serve SO MANY purposes. No Vices, no behavioral issues, and no soundness issues. She's been barefoot for over 5 years with NO problems and I do not forsee her needing shoes unless you want to put them on.
Stays fat if fed properly... she's an easy keeper. New coggins, spring vaccines and just worked. She's ready to start life with her new person!
