I absolutely adore this gelding... fell in love with him right away! If you don't like a horse with personality, that loves attention and will beg for a peppermint ... he probably isn't for you. If you want a best friend, he's right up your alley!
Raced through the fall meet in 2023 and was turned out for the winter and was brought back when the spring meet opened. He has been in training (has recorded works) but he just isn't showing any interest as a racehorse anymore. He isn't enjoying his job and his connections don't want to force him after making almost 120k. Retiring SOUND. He has some very small and superficial osselets that they've had no issues with. They've done no maintenance on him either. Very large boned, naturally just a big and thick guy! He does crib, it IS CONTROLLED with a collar. He has been turned out with other horses and did absolutely fine.
Being handled by the connections 16 year old at the track, he also rides him with NO issue. This horse is use to being around kids and in a family environment and is what I would consider SAFE.
Sweet as can be, curious, and just a whole lot of fun!
