Glory finished out the fall meet at Belterra for heading home to his owners farm and being turned out all winter. He has had 24 starts and a less than good amount of earnings with those starts.. he is a horse thag tries so hard but just isnt good at being a racehorse.
Sweet as can be with great manners. He loves attention, transitions easily to new places, travels well and can be the total package for an Amateur rider wanting to bring along a very willing horse. As a favor I brought him along with 2 others over to the farm to work on getting them cleaned up and showcased. They are just completely out of room at their place with new babies coming in and had no extra time go get them cleaned up. We have had a very wet winter and these guys were caked in mud so i have done my absolute best to get them cleaned up and we continue to groom them everyday. He shines up beautifully and can attest to that from seeing him on the track.
Retired sound with NO injuries. He has no behavioral issues. Currently barefoot and has been barefoot all winter.
He is a wonderful option for someone wanting a sound and willing horse on a lower budget.
This you need to know:
He has been on 24 hour turnout, therefore he does have soem rain rot that we have treated and that hair is growing back.
He does need to gain a little weight but more than anything the topline and muscling will come back from being back in work.
I brought these guys to the garm as a favor to get them on the right path.
I did add a few older pics of him that i had from last year to show how well he cleans up!
